The Wine Club goes to Alsace for New Year
The Norwich Monday Club (no relation) decided to sample the wines of Alsace over the New Year holiday 2009-2010.
The trip included visits to caveaux, a special New Year's Eve meal at the Michelin-starred Caveau D'Eguisheim restaurant in Eguisheim, and tasting some champagnes around Reims on the way back.
